Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
Store in sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Depending on the oats and protein you use, you may have to increase the oats. Go by consistency, if the dough is too wet, then add more.
